Coverage
Home insurance
A homeowners policy is about the building, the things in it, and injuries or damage you may be responsible for at home.
What this coverage is for
Dwelling coverage is meant to repair or rebuild the structure. Personal property covers belongings, sometimes with special limits for jewelry, cash, or electronics. Liability can help if a guest is hurt or you damage someone else’s property. Loss of use can help with extra living costs if a covered event makes the home unlivable.
Replacement cost and market value are not the same thing. Market value includes land and what a buyer might pay. Replacement cost is about rebuilding. A policy written on the wrong basis can leave a gap. INSUREflo does not inspect homes or set a rebuild amount.

Choose this coverage and add a ZIP. INSUREflo saves that start. It does not submit it to a marketplace.
Questions
Is renters insurance the same thing?
No. Renters insurance is mainly belongings and liability. It does not insure the building the way a homeowners policy does.
Does a mortgage mean I am fully covered?
A lender may require insurance. The required amount is not automatically the right amount for your belongings or liability.
Can INSUREflo tell me my rebuild cost?
No. That takes a property-specific estimate. This page only explains the idea.
INSUREflo is not an insurance company, agency, broker, or licensed producer. Nothing on this page is a policy, a quote, or a personal recommendation.
