INSUREflo is based in California and may receive information from California residents. This notice is a foundation. It is not a statement that every part of the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act has been implemented.
Information we handle today
See the Privacy Policy for quote-start fields, contact fields, and technical data. We do not build marketing profiles from a ZIP code on this site.
Sharing
Current quote and contact tools stay with INSUREflo operations. They are not posted to an insurance lead marketplace. Future quote matching may involve sharing information with insurance-related businesses when a person asks to be matched. That sharing is not live, and the specific categories will be listed before it starts.
We do not describe that future step as a “sale” or as “not a sale.” The legal label depends on the contract and the technology, which are not in place.
Requests
California residents can ask about information they submitted by writing through the contact page and stating that the request is a privacy request. A dedicated request portal, identity-verification flow, and statutory response clock are not offered on this website yet. Asking through the contact page is a way to reach us. It is not a representation that a particular statutory deadline is being met by automation.
Sensitive information
Do not send government identifiers, precise health information, or account passwords. We do not request them for the quote start.
