INSUREflo provides general information and a way to record that you want to explore a type of insurance in a ZIP code. That record is not an application, not a binder, and not a quote from an insurer. No marketplace partner is obligated to respond, because this phase does not send the record to one.
No professional relationship
Using the site does not make INSUREflo your agent, broker, advisor, or insurer. Coverage descriptions are educational. They leave out exclusions and endorsements that decide a real claim.
Your submissions
You agree not to submit information you do not have the right to share, and not to use the contact form for sensitive insurance or medical files. We may ignore messages that ask us to bind coverage.
Site operation
The site is provided as available. Pages can change. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that educational text is complete for your situation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, INSUREflo is not liable for decisions you make about insurance based only on these pages. Insurance contracts are between a customer and an insurer.
